What are the Billing Methods that will be available in PULSE 2.0 and when do I use them?

  • Contract:

    • When do I use the Contract method? : The contract option is simply the same as the current one, there are no changes to it. It is used for standard customers wanting to pay over X period of time using the normal Bboxx Model.

  • Subscription:

    • When do I use the Subscription Method

    • Is the subscription method available for every product?

    • How does the pay-back period on subscription products get calculated?

  • Up-Front:

    • When do I use the Upfront Method

    • Is the Up-Front method available for every product?

The general guidance for using the new ability to do Product Configuration as an NGU

  • Who can do product configuration within an NGU

  • Who is responsible for performing product configuration and managing the packages and products?

  • What is stopping an NGU staff from creating as many packages as they want?

  • How will NGU access to this be restricted?
