Home ERP Record Installation

Recording an installation is the last step of the process before a customer is setup to use our product.

Prior to an installation there are a few steps that must be completed:

  • Control Unit is assigned to customer by a Shop Manager 
  • Book an installation to be installed by a technician
  • Record the installation
  1. CRM module > Installations > search for customer
  2. Click Record
  3. Fill in all fields with relevant information > Save

Note: Customer status must be at 'Installation Booked' stage to perform record installation action.
