Human resource module in ERP is a module that is used to describe both the people who work for a company or organization and the department responsible for managing resources related to employees. In this document, you will learn how to create an HR profile for staff members.
Users that are able to perform this task is Human Resource Manager
Each employee's profile should be created in ERP
All employees can be created under the employee page
If it is a technician or a driver, they can be created under Employee or under their pages which are Technician or Driver.
How to create an employee's profile.
Click on

- And then create
This sheet will then appear
You will need to fill in the following details:
- Name of the employee
- An Employee code: ex: BXCR0001
- A tag to define their working part-time or if they are full time.
- Work email which is genuine ex: example@bboxx.co.uk
- Work phone that they use
- Working organisation Unit: Warehouse, Shop or DC (Distribution centre)
- Work Mobile, it can be different or same as Work Phone
NB: Employee Code will be useful for all employees, and shop technicians and managers will need it to be identified in ERP and Pulse, when shop Managers are recording installations, repossessions, Collections or any other actions
NB: Shop Managers Retail Managers must have genuine work Emails with Lower case, whereby the system will be able to identify them while they are performing actions in Pulse such as Assigning stock, recording installations and other actions.
Fill the rest of the Application with correct information.
