Unable to view payments

The user cannot see the payment over 60 days old.

Authorize persons with access to more than 60 days old payments.

  • Finance Manager

  • Customer Service Manager

Access Needed: Finance Manager

If the user has a finance manager , they will see two options in the menu when they click “Mobile money” module.

  1. All payment transactions - will show all payments including the more than 60 days old

  2. Payment transactions - only show the transaction happened during the last 60 days.

But if the user does not have a finance manager , they will only see one option, the one for transactions which happened during the last 60 days

Users that have no access to more than 60 days old can still search for a transaction that has been reconciled to a customer. Payments can be located in the Payments tab of the customer's application.

If payments requires adjustment, This need to be liaise with the accounting team to advise.
