Flexx40 Assign stock

In this document, we have the detailed steps of Flexx40 Assigning stock

After a customer was registered in Pulse or ERP by a call operator or a shop manager, and he/she has paid the down-payment, he/she moves to "Book installation" Status.
But before the installation can happen, it's required to assign stock to the customer.

Assign stock should be done before the technician leaves the shop for installation. The intention is to update the stock.
This helps when updating the inventory for the shop manager.

Therefore, the action for assigning stock will be generated in Pulse indicating that the shop manager needs to assign stock to that customer.


This action can be done by:

How to Assign stock of flexx40 in Pulse:

Home Page > choose Assign stock on the pending actions. It will direct you to Pending actions in the Assign Stock category.

Then a list of customers to be assigned stock will display and you will select the customer that you want to assign stock to. You can also search for the customer using the customer’s name or phone number.

Select the customer to be assigned stock, and a window displaying the customer details will display on your right and you can now select complete action to get the form to be filled.

A new page will display with the form to be filled.

You will fill in the date for installation, the technician name and the code will fill in automatically, and then the CU to be assigned to the customer and then click next.

Another page will be displayed to select the products to be given to the customer and then click save and the stock will be successfully assigned.

It's not possible to edit an assigned stock that was made.

Record a failed installation will cancel the assigned stock
