Flexx40 - Swaps and SN correction

Flexx40 upfront sales swap feature has now been deployed in the system (ERP/Pulse). A Flexx unit on a completed contract, a swap/replacement is done, and a newly completing token will be generated by the system.

There was no replacement/correct serial number of the flexx40 for completed customers but now when you perform a swap/correct SN of the Flexx40 units (or also serial number correction) of a completed customer, the system will request for a PAYG disable token(Contract Fully Paid). From all tokens generated during the swap, only the disabled PAYG token will be sent to the customer. The Unit Swap In and Swap Out tokens will be sent to a technician to remove credits in the old and new unit to finally enter the PAYG disable token. (See below image…)

This applies also to non-completed Flexx40 customers, the only difference is that the Swap Out token or Serial Number Correction token contains credits of the old unit. (See below image…)
