Delivery

Deliveries between physical locations, including intermediary transport locations.

Note: can also be accessed from the Delivery Module: Create delivery

Step 1: To navigate Inventory

• On Pulse 2.0 click the 9 dots on the top right part, and you’ll see the inventory icon.

Step 2: To navigate to Stock Move page

• If user is in the right location, just click the Stock Moves button

Step 3: To move the stock (Delivery),

• The user is required to fill out the form.

  • Move Type : “Delivery”

  • Select Origin and Destination - between physical locations

  • Select transport provider - The user is able to select the transport for the delivery from the list of all transport type locations on the transport provider

  • Comment is optional.

• To add the product , just click the “Add product” button, search for the product, and it will show up in the dropdown list

  • Product ID and Legacy product code (if any) will automatically fill in.

  • Qty - just key in the number or the up/down arrow

  • Type - if it’s for “for sale, returned, or replacement out

• Click Save, and a message will appear: “You are about to move stock. Are you sure you want to continue?”. Just click confirm if all is well and cancel if there is a need to revise before saving.

• A delivery ID number will be created once confirmed, and the user will be directed to the delivery module.

  • The user can use this article, View a list of deliveries to check the delivery ID number.

Step 4: To dispatch the inventory “delivery” stock moves

The process is the same as Received & dispatched deliveries and user can refer to this article to know the process of dispatching and receiving the deliveries.

Step 5: To receive the inventory “delivery” stock moves

• After dispatching it, the user can receive the delivery. The process on how to do it can also be found in this article Inbound delivery (Received delivery) as they have the same process.

Step 6 : Inventory checked after completing the Delivery stock moves.
