Flexx40 SMS Preview

This documentation aims to show how you can preview the SMS and be sure if it is the right one before sending it to the flexx40 users.

This task can be performed by

• CSCC Manager

• Pulse Support

Go to CRM> Choose CRM config>Choose BBoxx Flexx

Open

• Click on any SMS template depending on which type of SMS you want to preview

Open

When you click on it, a window will open as shown in the below screenshot.

• Click on Preview

After clicking preview, another small window will open with the preview of the SMS that has been sent to the flexx40 user and its size.
