Introduction
The product module was part of the smart solar migration project. This module will allow any user in NGU to see the derived details of the CU without logging in on smart solar.
Some significant benefits of using this are:
- It gives store staff the ability to look up smart solar derived details for any CU.
- It could be given to repair center technicians alongside IRT so that they can determine the status and some details of any CU.
If you select a product from the product menu it now shows the name of the user.
Clicking on the link opens the customer information panel at the right-hand side of the screen.
If there is no customer attached to the unit, there is a clear message.
The easiest way to access the product module is to click on a CU in a customer record. 
You can click on any of the center panels to get more info on the right-hand side.
