Pulse v3: Record a Technician Visit

Technician visits: Expected actions from technician is to 

• Collect & Record tamper Information
• Collect & Record connectivity Information
• Record customers with wrongly assigned/recorded serial numbers through serial correction
• Record replacements done during the visit
• Record any other activities done to resolve customer issues during the technician visit
• Track technician visit actions on system (Accurately)

How to record a technician visit on Pulse:

• Click the Technician Visits

• In the lower right side corner of the screen, Click the "Technician Visit"

• Under "Record Technician Visit" Fill up the correct information and hit save.
