Create New User

Pulse.bboxx.com - can be used also to create a new account for the new users.

This action can only be performed by these following roles:

  • IT Support Service desk
  • Manager


Click the plus () sign to create new user , it is located in upper right corner side after login.

There are 5 stage that need to take before the user account will be created.

  1.  Personal Details
  2. Address
  3. Profile
  4. Assign Roles
  5. Summary


1. Personal Details : 

  • First Name 
  • Last Name
  • Username
  • Contact Number
  • Alternative Email (Use for recovery) 

Click Next once done on the Personal details to go next page, make sure details are correct. On the Address, the tab fills out all the required details.
 

2. Address -  input the exact address where the new user's lives.

3. Profiles

  • Job Title - Ensure the correct job title so it can easily determine they need access.
  • Manager Email - To ensure who will be contacted if needed
  • Department - To Ensure what other access you be needed
  • Location - To ensure what  shop where you belong
  • Allowed entities (You can add more entities if needed) -  To ensure entities you need to access

 

  • Password - It generates a default password that needs to reset on your first log in.


4. Assign Roles

 The main role and you may also add other roles it depends on his duty/responsibility of work.



5. Summary all details you entered before creating a new user to avoid errors in the future.
