Forgot Password

The user has an option to reset the password using Pulse without the help of support if the user forgot his/her password.

This action can be performed by:

  • All Users.

Access the Pulse ( https://pulse.bboxx.com/)  > Click the " Forgot password? " > Enter your account email

Choose if where to send the retrieve password and encode email of the receiver correctly to ensure that the person resetting the password is the owner of the account. 

  • Send to Manager's email or 
  • Send to user's alternative email (if the user's alternative email was added to his account)

System will send a temporary password that you can use to log in to Pulse so you can change your password .

NB: System will send the retrieve password  to the email address on the chosen retrieve password email.
