Create delivery

Origin and destination of delivery can be:

1. From the distribution centre to the fulfilment centre

2. From fulfilment centre to distribution centre

3. From one fulfilment centre to another fulfilment centre

Roles that can create deliveries in Pulse 2.0 :

1. Field management

2. Back office management

3. Call centre advanced

4. Admin

Create delivery

Delivery to DC, From DC, or just between shops.

• Click on the nine dots and select Deliveries to open the deliveries module

• To create a delivery click on create delivery button

• That will lead you to the form below

• The user can select the transport for the delivery [3] from the list of all transport type locations on the transport provider and if needed add a comment to the delivery [4]

• To add a product on the delivery click on the Add product [5] button a line will be added.

• The user can select or search for the Product with the product name and the product ID[6] Quantity [7] and Type [8] but the legacy product code is auto-generated if the product added has one.

• The user can add multiple products by clicking on the add product button.

• To remove the line click on the dustbin icon [9] in front of the line you want to delete and confirm if you are sure.

• Click the cancel button [10] if you want to cancel the creation of delivery.

• Click the save button [11] to proceed with the creation of a delivery a pop-up message will appear on the screen click the confirm button if you are sure else click the cancel button.

• If the user confirms will get a pop-up message that the delivery is submitted with the delivery ID code on it.

• A new line will be added to the delivery list with the following information Delivery ID, Origin, Destination, Created Date, Status Date, and Status.
