How to receive delivery

As the delivery recipient, you want to confirm that a delivery has been received and whether qty. received = qty. expected, so stock is updated accurately
After the delivery is dispatched from the Origin to the destination, As a recipient will need to open the delivery module
A recipient will see the delivery has transit status which means that the delivery was dispatched from Origin but not yet reached or recorded by the destination/recipient
A recipient will need to open it and click on the record as received button if the dispatched delivery reached the origin and wants to record that delivery
check if the stock recorded in the system is the same stock that the driver brought to the destination then click on the Save button
The message that asks you if you are sure to record the delivery as received will appear you can confirm when you are sure or cancel when you are not sure
You will get a confirmation message and the status will be changed to completed
NB: When the driver brings the stock which is not equal to the one in the system and when the driver does not bring the dispatched delivery to the destination, the recipient will have to cancel the delivery
