CRM: ERP Record installation
Recording installation is the last step of the process before a customer is a setup to use our product.
Prior to installation, there are a few steps that must be completed:
- Control Unit is assigned to the customer by a Shop Manager
- Book an installation to be installed by a technician
- Record the installation
- CRM module > Applications > search for customer > Products actions
- Click Record installation
- Fill in all fields with relevant information > Save
Note: Customer status must be at the 'book installation' stage to perform record installation action.
