CRM: ERP Record installation

Recording installation is the last step of the process before a customer is a setup to use our product.

Prior to installation, there are a few steps that must be completed:

  • Control Unit is assigned to the customer by a Shop Manager 
  • Book an installation to be installed by a technician
  • Record the installation


  • CRM module > Applications > search for customer > Products actions
  • Click Record installation
  • Fill in all fields with relevant information > Save

Note: Customer status must be at the 'book installation' stage to perform record installation action.


The Customer will move to Installed status.
