Introduction on the App

The Sales Agent mobile application is a tool created for Sales Agents to help them perform their day to day tasks in a more efficient way. These tasks include:

  • Signing up new leads in their allocated territory
  • Chasing calls for down-payments, leads, late and defaults.

Sale Agents will be able to see enough information to manage their portfolio in their own working territories.

They will be also be able to see their performance through ranking in different categories (Sales, ARPU & portfolio management).

This Application also contributed a lot to reduce the agent commission complaint to more than 85% because of the clarity given to the Agent through the commission menus.

The app can also be used offline to the main system via our different SMS providers.
