On this page, an agent can see how he ranks compared to the other agents:

  • In his shop: his ranking out of total active agents in the shop.

  • In his region: his ranking out of total active agents in the region.

  • In the NGU (Country): his ranking out of total active agents in the NGU (country).

And there are 4 timelines:

  • This week

  • This month

  • This quarter

  • Yearly

There are 4 metrics:

  • Sales

  • ARPU: Average Revenue Per User → It’s the overall average revenue per customer per agent.

  • Portfolio: it also shows the number of high/low performing customers.

  • Customer Education: it’s the score that bases on how the agent educated his customers.
