• To Sign up a new customer please click on the plus button

Fill out the fields in the form provided:

Filling information start by: Contact information; Referrer details; Personal information; Home address & Installation Address, Product details, Additional information.

 Leads Submitting.

We have two ways of Submitting leads on our Agent APP: Online Sign Up and offline signed on addition of save draft option.

Both Online Sign Up and Offline signed use the same button to submit; the only different is that:

• online sign up happened when you have your device connected to the internet
• offline is when your device is not connected and will detect SMS submission option via our SMS provider partners (Africa’sTalking and infobip)

Steps for Online sign up:

If you are connected to the internet (mobile data or wifi) you will choose the “Submit” option
