Home CSCC: Action Report

The Action report tab is a total overview of the number of all the different actions that need to be carried out by the call centre.

As you can see in the image above the actions have been grouped into what calls need to be made.

The top figure is represents the total number of actions that need to be combined; then the rest are by the group.


The Symbols above represent the various views that you can have the action report data displayed in; above is an example of the bar chart view.
