Home Create new lead

When the agent clicks on the plus sign on the home screen, the lead form opens. Fill in the required details:

Contact, Referrer Information

Notes:

  • Referrer: it’s an existing customer who refers a new customer to Bboxx.

  • To add a referrer, you type in the referrer name and wait for a few seconds to get the list to choose from.

Personal Information

Home and Installation Address

Notes:

  • The physical Home address cannot be left blank. (e.g: Near the primary school, etc).

  • If the installation address is the same as the home address, you tick the box.

  • If the installation address is not the same as the home address, you also select the installation address separately.

 

Product Selection

There are 3 product types to be selected:

  • Mandatory Products: The agent cannot submit the lead without selecting the mandatory product

  • Welcome Pack: These are the products that depend on the selected mandatory product

  • Additional Products: they are optional, they are mostly called “appliances”.

    • To add them you click on the plus sign

    • To remove a product, you click on the minus sign

Notes: products have 3 properties:

  • Down Payment: The initial payment that should be paid by the customer so that he can be installed.

  • Monthly Installment: The amount required to be paid on monthly basis. A customer can pay more than this amount.

  • Energy:

    • Energy production: the product that produces the energy has a positive value.

    • Energy consumption: the product that consumes the energy has a negative value.

    • Note: you can’t exceed the energy limit.

Below the product selection, there are totals for the down payment, monthly installment, and available energy.

Additional Information

For future marketing analysis, we have 3 survey questions:

  • How the customer intends to use the products

  • The current main source of income

  • Current energy source of the light

Actions

An agent can:

  • Submit the application (Online submission): when there is an internet connection

  • Submit the application (Offline submission): without internet connection.

    • When the agent clicks on Submit, the app will open the SMS app on the phone with a pre-populated message to be sent.

    • The agent should not change anything in that message.

  • Save as draft

    • An agent cannot save as a draft if the customer name field is blank

  • Exit: the agent will lose the information.
