Home Customers

The Customer screen will show you all customers in the territory that the agent is operating from regardless of customer status.

1. Customer menu also has two sub-Menus: Just to be able to separate customers without upgrade privilege and
2. Customers with upgrade privilege so that the agent can do upgrade easily.
3. Customer menu as well as Leads both has search option that help agent to do a quick search to see customer’s information bellow:
4. Clicking into a customer will show you more details about them as you can see above.

When you open a customer from upgrade list show all details as all customer details but with additional Upgrade button:

1. Open Customer
2. Press upgrade button:

Pressing the upgrade button will bring you to the upgrade process screen and proceed with:

1. Confirm customer info
2. Add products
3. Confirm Upgrade
