Home CRM: Logs
The Logs section contains tabs with various data on past records generally used for analysing any actions that may have taken place. Below is a brief description of each tab and what data it contains.
Time Transactions
The time transactions tab contains records of all on-time transactions to date. In the bracket beside each date stamp, the number represents how many ontime transactions were done in that month.
Once a month is expanded, the ontime transactions are grouped by the user that completed the action. The number in the bracket beside the user's name also represents how many ontime transactions added/removed.
Once the user is expanded, the individual records can be seen which shows the customer that they added or removed on time from with a date and timestamp.
Fixed Installations Log

- What the outcome of the fix was
Repossessions Log

Product Alert Logs
The Product Alerts Log is a collection of the alerts received by the ERP sent from Smart Solar regarding control units.
