This page will explain the purpose of the Packages tab in CRM.

The Packages tab focuses on the configuration of packages that are given to customers when they sign up. If you know the name or code of the package that you want to view, you can enter it in the search field on the top right.

Below is an example of a package that customers can be signed up with. Here you can find all the key details of the package and what components it contains. It also provides information regarding pricing and the number of months the customer is set to be billed.
