CSCC: Supervisor Pending actions
The Supervisor pending actions tab is for the supervisor to oversee the pending actions that the they have to make for the call center.
As you can see it is similar to the call log that call operators use with a few differences.
This tab only shows pending actions and includes more detailed information regarding the action with the customer; whereas the call log only shows the history of calls that have already been made.
The Priority section also cannot be found in the call log which indicates and instructs the order that the calls are prioritized - 99 being highest, 0 being the lowest.Â
