How to change shop on ERP

In some cases, customers may need to be moved from one shop to another because of several reasons like a customer has moved to a new area or maybe he was assigned to a wrong shop.

This can be done by call center supervisors.

There are two ways you can use to change the customer shop.

1. Go to ERP>CSCC>Change Shop and then select the customer and shop from the dropdowns then click on the change shop button.

2. The second way is to go through the organization module > Change Customer Shop and then update the fields and click on the validate file button.
