Pulse : Assign Stock

After a customer was registered in ERP by a call operator and after he paid the down-payment, he moves to "Book installation" Status.
But before the installation can happen, it's required to perform an 'assign stock'.

Assign stock should be done before the technician leaves the shop for installation. The intention is to update the stock.
That way, when the shop manager does the inventory, the number will already be decreased by the quantities 'assigned'.

Therefore, action will be generated in Pulse indicating that the shop manager has to assign stock for that customer to a technician for dispatch.

Only when assign stock is done can the Shop Manager or Retail Supervisor record the installation.

3 ways to Assign stock in new Pulse:

  1. Home Page > choose Assign stock. It will direct you to Pending actions with Assign Stock category.

2. Access the Activities inside 9 dots in the upper right corner .It will direct you to Pending actions Page.

  • Select the category “Assign stock”.

  • Search the customer using the provided search parameter (Customer Name , Address, Phone and Date)

  • Click the customer that needs to Assign Stock.

  • At Assign Stock page,  scroll down to click the Complete action button to turn the page to Record A.

  • Fill out the Page with the valid required information> Click Next.

 

  • If there’s no changes with the Product/Package , click “ Save” .

3. Choose Upgrade in the Action Menu .`

  • Searching the Customer can be done using Customer name, Customer ID or Phone number.

NB:

It's not possible to edit an assigned stock that was made.

Record a failed installation will cancel the assigned stock (see bottom of Record an installation).
