Pulse : Record a Technician Visit

Once the Technical issue was recorded and it requires a Technical Visit, the status of the ticket will be change to "Open (pending Technician Visit).

This feature can be seen by these following roles:

  • IT Support Service desk

  • Manager

  • Retail Supervisor

  • Logistic Officer

This action will be done after the Technician visit at the customer's home. The expected actions from a technician are to:

  • Collect & Record tamper Information

  • Collect & Record connectivity Information

  • Record customers with wrongly assigned/recorded serial numbers through serial correction

  • Record replacements done during the visit

  • Record any other activities done to resolve customer issues during the technician visit

  • Track technician visit actions on the system (Accurately)

2 ways to  record a technician visit on Pulse:

  1. Home Page > choose Technician Visit .It will direct you to Pending actions with Technician visits customer category .

 2. Access the Activities inside 9 dots in the upper right corner .It will direct you to Pending actions Page.

 

  • Select the category “Technician Visit customer”.

  • Search the customer using the provided search parameter (Customer Name , Address, Phone and Date)

  • Click the customer that needs to record the repossession.

  • Click the "Complete action "  button - to turn the page into Record Technician Visit form wherein all information need to fill in correctly.

 

  • After filled in all information needed under Record Technician Visit form, Click "Save" and “Close” button.
