A quick interface for a shop manager to zero-out the quantity for a product in inventory.

This feature can be seen by these following roles:

  • IT Support Service desk

  • Retail Supervisor

  • Logistic Officer

This is how you can record Zero Inventory .

  • Choose Zero Inventory in the action Menu 

  • Only products for the selected location are available for selection.

  • Once the Location , Product and the Note (reason) has filled in, click Save to update the inventory of the product to 0
