Pulse Assign Stock save action loading endlessly

Sometimes a Shop Manager / Retail Supervisor fails to assign stock in Pulse where save action loads endlessly and fails.

Introduction:

In that case, the issue is on the user level for the Shop Manager/ Retail Supervisor. To solve this we need to check if the account has an HR profile in the HR module.

If it is missing the NGU will need to create a profile for this user: Human Resources: Creating HR profiles

If it is there, you need to check if the account is well set especially by checking, if the “Related User” field corresponds to the user’s name.

If the Related User filed is not filled, you fill it and you now able to assign stock using Shop Manager/ Retail Supervisor.
