Based on the customer behavior he/she can receive a bonus, an on-time, or lose on-time.

Who can remove on-time or add on-time and bonus to a customer

  • CSCC Manager

  • CSCC Supervisor

How to access the feature

To access this feature searches the customer, at the top right you will see a call center icon click on the arrow the drop-down menu will display the features

 

Add/remove on-time: click on add on time or remove on-time based on the action you want to perform.

 

 

 

 

To add or remove on-time transaction Managers or supervisors need to fill in number of days and hours and the reason that pushed them to take action then click submit for it to reflect at the customer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add bonus time:

 

 

 

To add bonus time Managers or supervisors need to fill in number of days, select the reason that pushed them to take action, add more details then click submit for it to reflect at the customer.
