Home Pulse : View Customer & Applicants Information
The List of Customer and their Application information can be seen in Pulse Customer Module after they enrolled in the system.
This feature can be seen by these following roles:
IT Support Service desk
Manager
Retail Supervisor
Access the Customer Module at the upper right corner side after login to access the Customer and Applicant information.
Customer search can be filter by :Â
Name/ID/Phone - for specific customer only
Customer's status - listed all applications with specific status (eg. installed).
Customer's Shop - for specific shop or Global search.
The history of the recent viewed can be found under Customer search.
The Customer module contains the :Â
Customers information's - personal information of the customer
Product & Packages - list of products/packages that the customer were purchased
Payment History - list of customer payments he made.
Shop Information - location of Customer’s Shop and the Sales Agent details
Product Actions - list of Pending & Done Actions
Pending alerts
Customer Pictures
