Home Pulse: Editing Customer details

How to edit customer details in Pulse Web.

This can be done by:

  • CSSC operator

  • IT Support

  • Shop Manager

  • Retail Supervisor or

  • Any other Pulse user with permissions

 

Log in pulse.bboxx.com, search customer details.

  • Click on the Call Centre icon then click on Edit details, customer information can be edited now.

Customer detail that can be edited are:

  • Personal Information

    • Personal details like Full name, Date of birth, Preferred language, and gender.

    • Documents and contact like ID Type, ID number, phone number(s)

      • NOTE: click on the “Next” button once you have made the desired changes or you don’t want to change anything. Click on the “Cancel” button if you don’t want to discard changes.

  • Customer Address information (Home address, Installation address, and Physical Address)

    • NOTE: Clicking on the “Back” button will take you to the previous page

  • The customer’s other details that can be edited are the main source of income and Current energy source

    • NOTE: Clicking on the “Cancel” button will discard the changes while the “Save” button will save changes.

And if you save the changes, you will be notified that the customer details were edited successfully.
