This document explains features on the page you land on after logging into Pulse 2.0

Customer Landing Page: A page that carries customer information.

You can search or filter a given customer application you want to view.

Who can access this page?

The following roles can access the above page:

  • Admin

  • Sales

  • Field Management

  • Back Office Management

  • Call Centre Basic

  • Call Center Advanced

Account Page

Features available on the page

A. Account List

This feature displays customer information and available filters to apply when searching for a given customer application.

Search

Note: Different filters are useful for a user, and there is no limit on the number of filters that can be used. You can either filter by account list or columns

Columns feature on the page contains the filter lists

A.1. Filters under account list

  • You can filter by Name, Phone number, Account ID, and Serial Number

Pulse users can now search for a customer using multiple fields

  • The search function will independently search each field separated by spaces.

  • A maximum of 10 words can be used in a single search.

  • An error message will be displayed if the word limit is exceeded.

  • To search for an exact term, it must be enclosed in quotation marks, e.g., "Jane Doe".

A.2 Filter by different options.

  • By clicking on "Filter," a list of different options will be displayed. The Pulse user should choose the appropriate option and then click on "Apply"

  • The filter option includes: Account status, Contract status, Contract type, control method, fulfilment centre, PAR level, PAR configuration name, Product category, Product & package.

  • Each option the Pulse user selects will be directly displayed on the account page. i.e., let’s select the PAR configuration name (this will display all the PAR names the OpCo has) and Product category.
