The highlighted are the filters that can be applied when searching for a customer and some customer information that comes by default

Note: Different filters are useful for a user and there is no limitation on the number of filters that can be used. You can either filter by account list or columns

Columns feature on the page contains the filter lists

A.1. Filters under account list

  • You can filter by Name, Phone number, Account ID, and ID number

  • Filter by using the fulfilment centre

  • Filter by using the account status

  • Filter by using contract status

B. Columns

The Columns dropdown is a function that can help filter the customer information you want to appear on your page.

B.1. Filters, terms under columns, and definitions

Customer name: This is the name of the customer who owns that order (or account). It is ticketed by default

Primary Phone: The first phone number of the customer. It is also ticked by default

Account ID: These are numbers that act as a key to the accounts ex: PNGA38403305

Account status: The status of the account

Contract status: The status of the contract

Credit expires: When the credit is finished

Fulfilment centre: Where the agreement was done

With this feature, we can easily filter the information we want to look over.

Upon clicking the Column dropdown, by default Customer Name, Account ID, Primary phone, Account status, Contract status, Credit expires, and Fulfilment centre was checked.

Under the column dropdown function, you can also check the other information of the customer such as:

Secondary Phone: The second phone on the customer application

A number of accounts: Number of all the accounts a certain customer has

Home address: Where a client lives

Physical address: The location of the customer

Expiry date: The date on which the accounts will expire

Installation address: The address where the installation took place

Installation physical address: The exact location of the address

Number of contracts: The exact number of contracts owned by a client.

In this example, I choose to view the Home Address and Expiry Date details of the customer.
