CU status

This allows the user to acquire product information by using the CU serial number found in the customer contract.

The following roles can view the CU serial number in the customer account:

  • Admin

  • Sales

  • Field Management

  • Back Office Management

  • Call Centre Basic

  • Call Centre Advanced

But the below roles can only access the Product Information.

  1. Admin

  2. Field Management

  3. Back Office Management

How to view the control unit serial Number in the customer contract

  • Search for the customer you need in the Customer module

    • Click the 9 dots > Customer > search

 

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Where CU status was on the contract tile, this will be named as the Control unit serial number.

 

  1. If the CU is a Smart Solar product, then the serial number should have a redirect to the Smart Solar page.

 

  • When authorized users click the CU serial number, they are directed to the product list where they can view product information.

  • When a user does not have permission to view product information. The page will be returned to the Customer page with the message “You do not have access to view this page, if you think this is an error please contact support."

  1. If the CU is not a Smart Solar product, then the serial number with “Control unit serial number:“ is not clickable
